Return Policy
Store Pickup:
Please allow up to 24 hours to process all online and in-store pick up orders. The Cotton Gin Boutique will send you updates as your order is received and ready for pick up. The final E-mail will state your order has been shipped OR is ready for in-store pickup. At this time, you may proceed to the store to pickup your item(s). Please have proper identification upon picking up. Your order must be picked up within 14 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges:
Customers may return any unused/unworn items with the original tags attached for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 calendar days of purchase. The return MUST be accompanied by original receipt/invoice or gift receipt. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued.

Items purchased online may be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below. We do not cover the shipping fee for a return or exchange, that must be purchased independently by the customer.

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item(s), you must contact our store within 5 business days of the package's original delivery date.

The Cotton Gin Boutique is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages while in transit. After the returned item(s) has been received, expect the return process to take 5-7 business days.
After the return is received and accepted, the customer will receive an update regarding the status of the return. The customer will then receive store credit (less shipping cost).
We inspect all returned items in full and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition of the item(s). Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to The Cotton Gin Boutique. We do not refund shipping fees unless it is an error on our behalf.
